Founded on the principles of being an independently Glasgow owned business, we created Steak, Cattle and Roll Bar & Grill with the goal of cooking up American inspired food that is sourced from local suppliers here in Scotland. You won’t find us buying tables at award ceremonies, but you will find us in the kitchen cooking all our dishes fresh to order, delivering high quality food with a unique touch, inspiring our motto:

Our burgers, including the famous “Mac & Cheese”, The “Godfather” and of course the legendary “Steak, Cattle and Roll” are sure to make your mouth water. Our steaks are hung for a minimum of 28 days at our local butcher before being grilled to your liking and served with your choice of side and sauce.
With locations on Sauchiehall street and Bell street, you will also find delicious chicken burgers as well as mind blowing hot dogs measuring in at a staggering 2-foot-long, or you could stick to one foot if you are saving room for dessert!
If that doesn’t tempt you, we have created our “Loaded Chips”. A huge basket of chunky chips that can be topped with a massive assortment of addon’s. Pulled beef brisket, mac and cheese, buffalo chicken balls, and steak strips are just some of the perfect additions to our baskets.

“Despite the name” We are well known in Glasgow for our amazing vegan options and between our burgers, seitan tenders, vegan loaded chips and freak shakes you’ll find something to satisfy your hunger.
Believing that all our customers’ needs should be met, we don’t want anyone going hungry here, so we try our best to accommodate any allergies or food intolerances, just make sure to notify your server so we can take care of you.
Once the main course is done, we think it is time for a sweet treat. Steak, Cattle and Rolls’ famous milk and freakshakes are hand spun to order. Take it to the next level by ordering it “fancy” or “boozy”.”
