Our Story

Founded on the principles of being an independently Glasgow owned business, we created Steak, Cattle and Roll Bar & Grill with the goal of cooking up American inspired food that is sourced from local suppliers here in Scotland. You won’t find us buying tables at award ceremonies, but you will find us in the kitchen cooking all our dishes fresh to order, delivering high quality food with a unique touch, inspiring our motto: “Glasgow bred, American fed.”
